	Artwork Customer to supply camera-ready artwork to size or all artwork will be sized to the maximum imprint area. If no imprint area is indicated, we reserve the right to the decorate in the area most suitable for the artwork. Artwork clean-ups, touch-up, typesetting, or resizing requiring less than ½ hours is free. Any additional artwork time spent by the factory will billed at $40.00 (e) per hour. We do accept electronic or digital artwork via email at ba38243@aol.com . The graphic software file formats accepted are Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Macromedia’s Freehand, QuarkXpress, CorelDraw, and Adobe Pagemaker. The platform is MAC only. The halftone required 40-45 dpi and high resolution of 300 dpi or more. Paper Proof Black and white proof is free. A paper proof must be signed and returned to factory prior inquiry. Sample / Spec Sample Blank sample can be purchased at catalog End Quantity Price plus freight charge. Spec Sample or product proof is billed at unit price, charge $30.00 (e), set up charge $45.00 (e), and freight charge. Overseas mock-up spec sample is $150 (d) when the order is placed the $150.00 (d) will be waived. Imprinting All prices in the catalog are included one color and one location silk-screen imprint. Silk-screen imprint Set Up Charge: $45.00 (e) Reset Up Charge: $35.00 (e) PMS Color Match: $20.00 (e) Embroidery Digitized Tape: $97.50 (G) up to 6,000 stitches. Tape charge over 6,000 stitches: $16.25 (G) per 1,000 stitches. Run Charge: $2.25 (G) up to 6,000 stitches. Run Charge over 6,000 stitches: $0.38 (G) per 1,000 stitches. Term and Conditions Payment Net 15 or 30 days upon credit approval. First orders, custom orders, and large orders will require a 50% deposit and balance will be billed on prepaid, net 15 or 30 days upon credit approval. Payments not received by the due date are subject of 1.5% per month late payment charge. Order Minimums All imprinted orders required as listed in the catalog. Less than minimum orders will be accepted as a charge of $45.00 (e). Classification: 4C 1D F.O.B.: City of Industry, California Order Changes Order changes (quantities, color, artwork, shipping information) may result in changes to your original ship date a well as additional setup proof charges. If the production has started, the change cannot be accepted. Cancellations All order are considered firm and cannot be cancelled without written factory authorization, which will be granted only prior to imprinting or production. Cost of material and labor expended to date will be billed accordingly. Return Prior to return, all merchandise requires return authorization from the factory. Unauthorized return will be refused. For decorated products, all claims must be made within 30 days of the original invoice date; the replacement product will be decorated. Disclaimer Due to circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee continuity of exact shade, color, size, weight, texture, or construction of finished products. We will make every effort to meet you delivery but we cannot be liable for the inability of ship your products on time due to quotas, customs, union strike, and natural disaster. Discontinued Products We will make every effort to keep all items in stock for the life of catalog. Due to production problems beyond our control, we may discontinue an item during the year. If this occurs, we will substitute or upgrade a similar item to accommodate the customer’s need. Production Lead Time For imprinted product, the normal production is 7 working days. For embroidery product, the normal production is 10 working days. For blank product, it is within 24 hours. Rush Service There is no rush charge. However, if the order requires overtime or other expense, it will be billed accordingly. Shipping Unless otherwise request, all shipment are shipped by UPS or Fedx. Drop Shipping $8.00 (e) for each location, per release, plus freight charge. Packaging Bulk packaging.
